Itinerary
Upon arrival at Kochi, you will be warmly received and transferred to Munnar, a scenic hill station known for its tea plantations and cool climate. The journey takes approximately 4–5 hours and includes enroute visits to the beautiful Cheeyappara Waterfalls and Valara Waterfalls. You can also enjoy photo stops at picturesque tea plantations and viewpoints along the way. Upon arrival in Munnar, check in to your hotel and spend the rest of the day relaxing amidst the tranquil surroundings.
After breakfast, proceed for a full-day sightseeing tour of Munnar. Visit the renowned Eravikulam National Park, home to the endangered Nilgiri Tahr. You may also visit the Tea Museum (optional) to learn about the history and processing of tea in the region. Continue to Mattupetty Dam, where boating is available at an additional cost, followed by stops at the scenic Echo Point and Photo Point. If weather permits, drive to Top Station for breathtaking panoramic views of the Western Ghats. Return to the hotel in the evening for an overnight stay in Munnar.
After Breakfast, drive to Thekkady (Periyar). Post check-in, proceeds for famous Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary and enjoy optional boating in Periyar Lake surrounded by lush forests and wildlife. After breakfast, check out from the houseboat and proceed to Kochi. Upon arrival, enjoy a sightseeing tour covering the historic attractions of Fort Kochi, the iconic Chinese Fishing Nets, the centuries-old St. Francis Church, the vibrant antique markets of Jew Town, and the heritage-rich Mattancherry Palace (Dutch Palace). Later, you will be transferred to Kochi Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey, carrying wonderful memories of your Kerala holiday.
